If you're a fan of beer drinking, rock music, group cursing, and stretching it out then Broken Strings Brewery's new Headbanger Yoga event is for you! The inaugural yoga class will take place on Saturday, June 22nd and runs from 11 AM to 12 PM.

Each $13 ticket includes an hour-long all-levels class and a pour of local craft beer straight from the source! Accessible poses, a rockin' playlist, and plenty of access to liquid courage all make Headbanger Yoga the perfect event for a first time yogi.

The event is hosted by Broken Strings Brewery, an Orlando brewery that brings together a passion for beer and a deep love of music in one place. The venue is located in downtown Orlando just 900 feet from the Orlando Soccer Stadium at 1012 W. Church Street.

Headbanger Yoga is a Saturday morning all-levels class and is the perfect way to recover from the work week (or from a fun Friday night). The class is taught by Orlando yoga instructor Ryan Bean. Ryan is a beer lover who regularly teaches at Peaceful Peacock Orlando.

Ryan is also an AcroYoga performer with Ascension Acro, Cirque Bishop, Vaudeville Entertainment and Areal Dragons. Ryan Bean has a passion for teaching a wide variety of Orlando locals and loves to create novel yoga experiences. Ryan Bean hopes to share his love of yoga with beer drinkers who might have not otherwise tried yoga.

Tickets are limited so secure yours here! For more places to practice yoga in Orlando check our recent Find Your Flow article.
