Calling all Orlando vegans and vegetarians! The Vegan Food Fest wants you to eat tasty plant-based food in Metrowest on January 18th from 12 PM to 4 PM.

This fun Orlando event will be jam-packed with delicious vegan food, free demonstrations, classes, and health product vendors. Come for the food and stay for the cooking demos, Goat Yoga, or a 45-minute meditation.

An awesome thing about this event is that a percentage of proceeds will go to Heartfulness Meditation of Orlando. This great local organization helps people in Orlando tap into their consciousness to learn more about themselves. According to the organization, "when we meditate on the heart, we feel one with nature and develop intuitive understanding. Meditation heals and transforms us." The money donated to Heartfulness Meditation of Orlando will help transform the lives of those seeking to learn through meditation.

General admission to the Vegan Food Fest is just $6 and includes parking. Have a group going? Opt for the family ticket that gets you entry for four (and parking) for just $10!

The event will take place at Eagle Nest Park in Metrowest. Eagle Nest Park has pavilions, benches, bike racks, restrooms, and drinking fountains. There are paved walkways, a trailhead for the Shingle Creek Trail and plenty of birdwatching.
