DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They make false promises in regards to a timeframe you can expect your fence. 0on the date I signed my contract i submitted my HOA approval and provided payment information for a deposit. My deposit payment was processed the following day and I was told by the sales rep that it will be 2 to 3 weeks after my permit was approved. That was 4 weeks ago and I finally received my permit approval update from them today after I made numerous calls to follow up. After receiving the email notification I contacted them to ask more or less by when and they respond by telling me 1 to 2 weeks then recants the email and says 6 to 12 weeks due to product being on back order and also depending on when I signed my contract. This is all info that may have been told to me during this whole waiting process. This company is extremely misleading and unprofessional. Please DO NOT USE them if you're counting on a timeframe because it will not happen. I was planning my other son's 1st yr old bday in our backyard and now have to cancel my plans because of this smh. So upsetting!!!
Pros: Salesman Abel was very nice initially and asked me to call him with any issues but then sounded bothered once I reached out to him to thank him for getting involved in helping me contact his office to get an update on permitting.
Cons: Misleading and Unprofessional
