Ordered a part on their website and paid for it via Paypal. I tried to call the company to get a confirmation and they could not find my order or payment, even though I gave them the Paypal transaction number. They then told me the price I paid was not correct and the correct price was now TEN time higher! Yes, TEN times higher! I told them that I do not want it and to refund my original payment. Mary their Customer Service person promised they would call me back that day and never did. I got other numerous excuses, such as their website was down (makes no sense as their website took my money); obviously had to go to Paypal to start a case against them to get my refund. Not a good way to do business. Not a company I would ever recommend or try and use again.
