The Beacon Hill Group and Two Chefs will be introducing a new restaurant to the Thornton Park District opening in May. Say adios to Mucho Tequila and Tacos and hello to Muddy Waters A Two Chefs Restaurant.

Muddy Waters' will bring the big easy to Downtown Orlando with New Orlean's inspired fare from Chef Bernard Carmouche and Chef Larry Sinibaldi of Two Chefs Seafood Oyster Bar as they pay homage to Chef Bernards deep New Orleans roots with a new menu full of creole inspired dishes and a raw oyster bar.

“Following the remarkable success we have enjoyed with our first Two Chefs restaurants, we were inspired to expand our brand by developing a new concept and New Orleans-inspired cuisine just felt right to both of Chef Bernard and me,” says Chef Larry Sinibaldi. “The growth and excitement in the Thornton Park District is so appealing, and after meeting with the Beacon Hill Group, we knew this was where we wanted to be.”

Fear, not margarita lovers, Mucho Tequila and Tacos will be open for one last cinco celebration, closing their doors on May 7th to start renovations for Muddy Waters to open at the end of the month.  Most of the Mucho staff plans to stay on board once the new venue opens.  Side note, the liquor store next to Mucho will also remain open and house much of the mucho decor from the restaurant.

“Mark and I have been so impressed with what Chef Larry and Chef Bernard have done with their current restaurant; this partnership presents an opportunity to bring a totally new concept to downtown Orlando, and - considering the chefs’ resumes – an inspiring culinary experience in a unique atmosphere to our patrons,” said Todd Ulmer of Beacon Hill Group.
