Fruta Mix has brought fresh, and healthy Mexican sweet treats to Ocoee and Winter Garden! This giant pineapple fruit bowl isn't the only unique treat they have to offer. Chef and Owner Alex Aguilar has come up with some of the tastiest healthy sweet treats in Central Florida. By only using fresh fruit and real ingredients he serves ice cream, popsicles, shaved ice, fresh fruit waters made in house daily and much more while offering an extensive list of delicious dairy-free options as well.

Puerto Rico's very own Senor Paleta has finally made its way to Central Florida! They have something for everyone while keeping allergies and health in mind pictured is a dairy-free, sugar-free mango pop. I chose to get it covered in Nutella and rainbow sprinkles but you can adjust your toppings based on your preferences, allergies, and diet. Senor Paleta has something for everyone. You can find Senor Paleta inside the Florida Mall located next to Mac Cosmetics.

Krungthep Winter Parks very own Authentic Thai restaurant serves the most original desserts in the area. They incorporate flavors that will instantly transport you to Thailand! The dessert pictured is their brick toast made up of organic honey, Nutella, strawberries, premium vanilla bean ice cream topped with a large serving of delicious whipped cream.

At Ice & Bites cafe located in the UCF area, you will find the most delicious, unique sweet treats. This cotton candy boba drink is perfectly refreshing and the perfect way to cool off! Their authentic Taiyaki are as tasty as they are Instagram-able.
