On Nochevieja, or New Year’s Eve, Tapa Toro will celebrate the new year twice, with a special four-course menu from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., and a five-course menu at 9 p.m. Both seatings will celebrate the new year with a special flamenco performance and a champagne toast. Guests making reservations before Cyber Monday can enjoy 10% off.
