Rosen Plaza®’s Thanksgiving Day Buffet is a favorite among locals and visitors alike for the extensive selection of carefully prepared dishes. From traditional favorites like roast turkey, prime rib and stuffing to an exciting stir fry station, soups and chilled salads, there is something to please every palate. The emphasis is on fresh flavors and quality ingredients featuring Gulf Shrimp, House Cured Smoked Salmon, seasonal fruits and house-made pastries, soups and sauces. The challenge at the dessert station is making a choice from the vast selection – Key Lime Pie, Chocolate Indulgence, Pumpkin Pie or a little bit of everything?
