“Luck of the Irish” St. Patrick’s Day kickoff dinner featuring Redbreast Irish Whiskey.
Event Details
This exclusive tasting party is limited to 56 guests. Ticket holders will receive a welcome Redbreast Lustau Cocktail, 4 courses and 4 pairings of various Redbreast Irish Whiskey selections. Guests also receive a branded Redbreast Glencairn Glass & Hat, and chances to win other prizes!
Amuse Bouche: Cured salmon on toasted soda bread with dill creme freache
Course 1: Irish flag salad, spinach with pear, mandarin orange, feta, pistachio and dried cranberry
Course 2: Shepards pie with corned beef
Course 3: Lamb lollipops on top of leeks and purple potato puree
Course 4: Traditional Irish Apple cake with whiskey poached apple slices
Bottles from the Redbreast Collection will be available for purchase for guests to take home. Redbreast 27 year pours and tasters will be available after dinner concludes.
