B Resort & Spa’s Pool Bar and Grill welcomes hungry visitors to celebrate summer’s last hurrah with poolside bites and cocktails. From Saturday, September 2 - Monday, September 4, guests lounging along the zero-entry pool can choose from a special menu.
Event Details
Labor Day Entrees ($15 Each)
• Pulled Pork Tacos: red cabbage slaw, tropical salsa, ancho sauce, grilled flour tortillas.
• Big Country Burger: certified angus beef, smoked cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, burger sauce.
• Grilled Chicken Club: grilled chicken breast, applewood smoked bacon, provolone cheese, basil aioli.
• The Big “B” Dog: 10 oz angus beef frank, grilled pineapple relish, calypso sauce.
Labor Day Handcrafted Cocktails ($16 Each)
• The Red, White & B! Margarita: tequila blanco, strawberry puree, blue curacao and red sugar topped with a bomb pop.
• Backyard Tea: spiced rum, black tea, fresh lemonade, dehydrated lemon.
• Florida Sangria: vodka, white grape juice, prosecco, dragon fruit.
