Off the beaten path, this hidden gem located on 41 W. Church Street is unlike any bar you've experienced in Downtown Orlando. Owner and operator, Victoria's vision was to create a space that was both unique and relaxing where locals could enjoy a delicious cocktail without all the chaos and clutter of a nightclub or dive bar. "We really want to be the local spot. The hidden gem the locals can come to and relax. We're something Orlando doesn't have. We're not a nightclub or a dive bar. Their specialty cocktail menu includes dessert inspired concoctions such as the carrot cake martini, an apple pie old fashioned and creme brulee martini created and perfected by the lead mixologist and bar manager, Amanda. If you'd prefer a shot of whiskey over something sugary sweet, the upstairs venue caters to every taste with a full-service bar complete with all your favorite mixers. When asked, "Why dessert?" Victoria responded with a simply sweet response, "Who doesn't love dessert?"
"I'm a huge sweets person and don't particularly like the taste of alcohol, says Victoria. We do cater to both sides, however. We have our signature drinks and we also serve the classics, so if a gentleman wants a jack and coke he can have that while the lady has a chocolate cake martini,"
The Bakery Bar soft opening is underway with plans to host their grand opening after Valentine's Day on February 16th. Swing in for happy hour and stick around for the Grand Opening starting at 9pm for complimentary champagne, chocolate covered strawberries and $2 drinks till 10pm.
