PACE's purpose is to intervene and prevent high school dropouts, juvenile delinquency, teen pregnancy, drug and alcohol addiction, and welfare dependency. PACE promotes and enables these young women to complete their education, build self-esteem, and develop personal, social and family relationship skills. Building on this foundation, the students become productive citizens through responsible decision making.
