Learn how to host an unforgettable farm-to-table dining experience with delicious recipes featuring seasonal produce.
In this program, Allison Harrell, a Registered Dietitian and Culinary Medicine Specialist, will prepare simple recipes perfect for entertaining and featuring spring must-haves for your kitchen.
Allison will showcase how to use in-season produce to create crave-worthy meals and will share the health benefits of incorporating seasonal produce into your daily meal plan.
By the end of this 90-minute program, you’ll leave with a booklet of new recipes and the confidence to prepare produce in your own kitchen.
This is a demonstration-style cooking program, so prepare to sit back, relax and let our chef prepare the meal while you enjoy delicious items and learn. Full menu to be released soon. Stay tuned!

About the Presenter:
Allison Harrell is a registered dietitian nutritionist and plant-based chef who has been passionate about food and nutrition for more than 20 years.
She advanced her knowledge by becoming a certified Culinary Medicine Specialist, certified in Weight Loss Management.
Harrell believes that every time we eat, it is an opportunity to promote our health.
She incorporates culinary experiences with a science-based approach.
Her programs and tools make a positive difference in the health of our communities by instilling confidence and knowledge in the kitchen.
