The TasteMaker dinner will include Belle Glos favorites such as Oeil de Perdrix, Dairyman, Clark & Telephone, Las Alturas, and Eulenloch. The Ruth’s Chris menu is nothing short of exquisite featuring a main course of Filet Mignon topped with gorgonzola and caramelized onions. With four more courses, make sure to leave room for the dessert – a Dark Chocolate Cherry Brownie topped with Cherry Belle Glos Eulenloch Coulis, vanilla ice cream and almond bark.
