Last Month, we hosted the first of our TITLE Boxing Club Altamonte Springs and Winter Park Cadence Runs. Our very own Trainer PJ Mixes traditional Army Cadence with a Title Boxing Twist! Come on out and try it, we promise you wont be disappointed. Not sure what a cadence run is?
