On Monday, May 29th, thousands of HEW® members will gather across our many locations to perform our most important workout of the year: Murph. This Hero WOD is in honor of Michael Murphy, KIA on June 28, 2005 during Operation Red Wings.
Event Details
Murph now represents the thousands of men and women who have died protecting the United States of America, and we complete this workout for them - for those who have given their lives to protect our FREEDOM.
Please join us on Memorial Day to celebrate the lives of our nation's heroes. If you would like to purchase a shirt or tank to commemorate this special WOD, please see the front desk to pre-order one for $20.
We want to see every member of HEW® Orlando out there for this workout. This is the biggest day of the year for our gym, so don't miss out!
Classes will be at 8AM and 9:30AM.
