Event Details
We will meet biweekly at new life's boutique studio, we will learn some choreo (hip hop, afro beats, tik tok dance, or whatever is in jay's heart); then we slide into the yoga postures (not gracefully but we get there).
You're welcome to bring yo friends, friend friends, kids, or framily.
