Event Details
The Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship, part of the Florida State University College of Business, announced it will now offer its no cost Small Business Executive Program (SBEP) in Orlando. Applications for the inaugural class of the Orlando SBEP are open from now through Wednesday, June 1.
The SBEP helps for-profit business leaders work on their business while accommodating their busy schedules. Taught by industry experts, participants learn the Business Model Canvas and are given other tools to emerge as stronger leaders ready to capitalize on business opportunities. The program helps identify clear and focused strategies in marketing, exit strategies, financial analysis, and more. The SBEP is funded by Jan Moran and The Jim Moran Foundation.
The SBEP consists of five sessions, each focusing on a particular aspect of growing a small business. Beginning June 14, 2022, and running through August 9, 2022, the sessions are held every other week from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Applicants must be actively involved in running a business, be a key decision-maker and their company must have been established for at least three years and have three or more employees to be eligible for the program.
