?? Saturated with smooth notes of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and vanilla, this decadent carrot cake-inspired imperial amber ale combines scratch-made spices with a malty backbone. Lactose and brown sugar were added to yield a cake-like appeal and a full, creamy mouthfeel. Leavened with raisins and over 150 pounds of carrots, this brew is better than any batter you’ve tried in grandma’s kitchen. Good enough to lick the glass; go ahead - we won’t judge.
