**NEW DATE DUE TO HURRICANE IAN FLOODING**
Franklin’s Friends is proud to present the ninth annual HOWL-O-WEEN Dog Walk-a-Thon and Canine Costume Contest on November 5 from 9 am to noon at Cranes Roost Park at Uptown Altamonte. The event will feature a leisurely dog walk, canine costume contest, adoptable dogs, pet-friendly vendors, raffles and more! Registration is $20 per person in advance; $25 at the door.
Raise $100 and receive a free commemorative 2022 HOWL-O-WEEN T-shirt. There will also be prizes for top individual and team fundraisers and best costumes.
All proceeds benefit Franklin's Friends – an all volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose mission is to support Central Florida animal welfare by awarding grants to local nonprofit and government agencies that are dedicated to Shelter/Rescue, Spay/Neuter, and Community education projects.
