Disney enthusiast Justin Jorgensen founded Dapper Day in February 2011, inviting Disney fans to dress in their best attire and have a stylish "outing" at the parks. Since then, Dapper Day events have grown in popularity with approximately 20,000 to 30,000 people dressing up per outing. Folks love to give a nod to the past, dress with class and show off their dapper style at the happiest place on earth.

Dapper Day outings are now held twice a year with a Fall soiree and a Spring fling at Disneyland in California, Walt Disney World in Orlando and Disneyland Paris. Participants get to dress up and spend a day in the parks, getting more attention than the hottest celebrities!
Dapper Day guests even have access to select group discount rates through the event's official website. While the events are not directly sponsored by the Walt Disney Company, the parks in California, Florida, and Paris allow and encourage Dapper Day outings and guests.
For the first time in Orlando, Dapper Day is hosting a TWO DAY Florida event this spring!
You can enjoy the wistful experience on Saturday, April 29 at the Magic Kingdom and Sunday, April 30 at EPCOT.
Dapper Day is not a separately ticketed event so all you need for entry is a regular pass for the Disney park of your choice. Annual passholders and day ticket holders alike journey to Walt Disney World in Orlando to relish in chic, dapper fun. People young and old will visit the parks in their snazziest attire, harkening back to the days when going to Disney was a fancy, dress-in-your-best affair.
There are no structured meet ups during the two Dapper Day outings in Orlando but with the growing number of people who participate in dressing up, you will run into Dapper Day family members anywhere you go. Magic Kingdom and EPCOT are the two hosting parks this spring in Orlando but if you have park-hopping capabilities, you can bring the Dapper energy to any of the four parks. Go where you please and take ample classic photos along the way!
Men, women and even children unleash their vintage souls at the biannual Dapper Day events. Most participants go all out, donning wide-brimmed sun hats, retro dresses, pressed button-down shirts, high heels and polished saddle shoes.
