Cross Eyed Larry has been killing classic rock covers in the Clearwater area for over a decade. Now they'll come perform during a 3-day concert in Orlando. On November 4th the guys will slay the stage at Ace Cafe's Muscle, Chrome and Rock & Roll.  Cross Eyed Larry is not just a classic rock cover band -- they are THE classic rock cover band. They focus on complex songs other bands won't touch and play them exactly as they sound on the original album. If there's a phone call in the song? You bet you'll hear a phone call in the performance.

Florida Band Performs During 3 Day Concert In Orlando

"We call it wow factor," says Jim Cash, drummer of Cross Eyed Larry. "We embrace technology and use it in our show, but we do duplicate and replicate a song exactly as it was written. It will sound just like it did on the album."  The band is excited about their participation in Ace Cafe's three-day rockabilly weekend festival, and we think they'll be a perfect fit for the event. They've often played Hogan's Beach Houses' Bike Night for thousands of people. Cross Eyed Larry loves the gearhead crowd and they are loved back, because with songs from bands like Pink Floyd, Supertramp, Led Zeppelin, Jethro Tull, and Rush, what's not to love?

Cross Eyed Larry started as a jam session with friends and the band soon went on to play their first show at Gasoline Alley in Largo, Florida. Over a decade later they've seen many a stage. Their favorite event might have been a benefit show for the Homeless Emergency Project where they helped raise $25,000 for a good cause. "That was a fantastic show," explains Cash, "because we had the first chair violinist and Concert Master for the Suncoast Symphony Orchestra join us on stage. We also had a crew of dancers that worked at Busch Gardens do a choreographed dance on stage with us." The band recently opened for American Idol finalist Shevonne at Dunedin's Lady of Lord's Fall Festival and Cash is excited to kick off Saturday's show at Ace Cafe | Orlando's Muscle, Chrome and Rock & Roll event and concert in Orlando.
