Sundays at Lake Eola are especially great - The Orlando Farmers Market hosts delicious food & refreshing drinks (including adult beverages), live music, and local artisans (http://www.orlandofarmersmarket.com/).
Parking can be found all aroud Lake Eola Park, look for signs and bring money for the street-side meters.
