Role Description

Join us for an engaging remote internship opportunity as a Music Writer and Journalist at Dopetrackz Radio. As a vital team member, you'll be responsible for crafting news articles, press releases, and music reviews for our esteemed radio station. Collaborate directly with our team to generate compelling story ideas and bring them to life. This internship serves as a gateway to gaining valuable experience in the media industry while honing your writing skills.

Qualifications

• Exceptional writing skills in Music Journalism, News Writing, and general creative writing.
• A profound understanding of music, particularly within the hip-hop and rap culture.
• Familiarity with emerging artists, recent music releases, and industry trends.
• Ability to craft creative, compelling, and accurate stories suitable for publication.
• Previous experience in interviewing artists and industry professionals is a plus.
• Proficiency in photography and videography is beneficial.
• Enrollment in or completion of a college program with a focus on Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
