The UCF Recreation and Wellness Center (RWC) offers UCF students opportunities to foster healthy lifestyle choices and wellness through efficient services.

The UCF Recreation and Wellness Center (RWC), which opened in 2002 and was expanded in 2010, comprises many programs, such as Intramural Sports, Sport Clubs, Outdoor Adventure, Fitness, and Aquatics.

The RWC also includes various facilities such as the Climbing Tower, Tennis Courts, Sand Volleyball Courts, RWC Park, Lake Claire, Challenge Course, and a Disc Golf Course. The RWC also has two satellite fitness centers.
