Meet Your Realtor, Rachel Tierney. Rachel Tierney has worked in real estate for nearly a decade, assisting in over 600 home sales throughout Central Florida. Born and raised in Orlando, Rachel is an expert in the area’s best neighborhoods and has experience in a variety of property sales ranging from traditional homes and investment properties, to vacation homes, short sales, and foreclosures. As a Gold Key Certified agent, Rachel has been trained in “Excellence in Professionalism” which is key to success in the real estate industry. This certification ensures she has the tools and knowledge for establishing relationships with fellow REALTORS®, affiliated business partners, and customers that will last a lifetime. Rachel's role on The Todd Schroth Real Estate Team is to focus on using creative and proprietary marketing techniques including marketing our property listings, taking property photos, creating advertising pieces and managing all social media campaigns. Growing up in the College Park community and also having lived in Winter Park and Oviedo, Rachel’s knowledge and expertise throughout Central Florida is evident. She currently resides in the Lake Conway area with her husband, Matt, their daughter, Atlas-Marie and yellow lab, Pilot. When she is not working hard to find you a perfect property or find a qualified buyer for your home, Rachel and her family enjoy spending time on their boat, working on home projects, and cooking out in their back yard.
