Welcome to Elevate Yoga Center. We are located "upstairs" at 3150 S. Orange Avenue, in the heart of Downtown South above Tijuana Flats in Orlando. EYC features two spacious yoga studios, one for Aerial and another for traditional Mat yoga. Both studios, "Air & Earth" are equipped with high-end Tatami "padded" Zebra Flooring for ultimate comfort and safety. When coming to the studio for your practice please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to get settled, centered.
