Friendly Confines Restaurant’s Owner & CEO Carmen Jordan was born and raised on the North Side of Chicago. He is the son of a former Chicago cop who worked security at Wrigley Field where Carmen grew up watching the Cubs play ball. At age 11 he became the youngest member of the famed “Left Field Bleacher Bums”. Over the years, Carmen attended every Home Game from 1969 to 1972.
