I would give 0 stars if I could, and only planned to do the 30 day trial, which thank God I walked away from in time. I will laugh when this establishment goes out of business. Something very odd going on here. The two trainers I met and spoke with, were extremely kind, professional, friendly, and helpful. The two assistant managers I met and spoke with, however, were scum of the earth. They are very rude. One of them told me he couldn't talk to me because he had to get back to a team meeting and that he would call me back at a specific time, but an hour went by and never called me. When I called him, he said in his not-giving-a-shit, why-are-you-wasting-my-time, get-to-the-point kinda way, "What's up?" There is an extreme contrast between the way the other trainers treat customers vs. the way the assistant managers do, both in person, on the phone, in in words, and in attitude. I got the feeling he was a douchebag, but I gave the gym a shot, and showed up anyway. Upon arrival he stuck it to me twice for being 10 minutes late for my sign-up, ignored that I mentioned he did not call me back, and when he stuck it to me the final time I again mentioned how he did not call me back, and
Pros: machines with a digital screen that walk you thru the motions
Cons: Extremely low value, overpriced, mostly the elderly use it, rude assistant managers, additional fee for free weight access, marketing ploy to encourage shorter workout times that actually take twice as long to achieve the same results as a regular workout.
