Because sometimes in order to find your zen, you need to let go of some serious rage (in the form of war cries, f-bombs, and beer)!
Come on out to the farm for an awesome spin on a totally traditional form of spiritual and physical exercise. Stretch, exercise, swear, and drink a little alcohol while you do it. The goal - promote good health and become zen as f@ck!
Bring your own beer (or wine or whatever helps you get your zen on). Please limit to 1-2 drinks per person and don't forget to bring some water, as well. You will also need comfortable clothes and a yoga mat (or towel).
Cost = $20 per person. Must be over 21, if you plan to drink. Drink responsibly.
