NO OFFICIAL RFB Viera Fun Run on Thanksgiving Day!!! We will be back next week ready to melt off the Turkey before the Ham :) Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!! WE LOVE RFB VIERA'S THURSDAY FUN RUNS/WALKS!!!!

Show up early to Sign-In, Hydrate, Stretch and meet someone new!!
After the run/walk our amazing location host supports our group with "FIRST ONE ON THE HOUSE" poured by RFB coordinators & "Beer babe's" helping us.
When our fun donation raffle(see more info further down!) is accomplished we are all welcomed by the Long Doggers staff to continue the hydration and eat after the event(Encouraged and optional!) :D We have a lot of fun at our events! Bring friends to experience it all with us :D
We want all our runners to stay safe on the sidewalks together..
MAKE SURE TO:
*Stay Hydrated & Stretch
*Wear bright colored clothing
*Reflective Gear is the BEST
*Flashlights are SUPER IMPORTANT(During the DARK season!)
*Stay on the right side when on the Sidewalk(Important!)
*Welcome RFB Newbies(We have all been there once!)
We have these FREE Social events for the community to come together and be encouraged to do more for and with each other!!

Our RFB social community club is Always FREE for all ages and stages of life! Movement is encouraged, speed & distance is a personal choice! We also welcome Strollers, Bicycles and Dogs.
Don't forget to STICK AROUND after the run(also a personal choice!!) for our raffles. If you leave too early you miss the opportunity to win something!!
