Easter Spring Salad: Carrots, Cucumbers, Sweet Grape Tomatoes, Asparagus, Chopped Eggs, Feta, Romaine, Creamy French Vinaigrette
Smoked Glazed Ham
Pick one additional protein: Soy Ginger Salmon, Braised Short Ribs, Dana's Parmesan-Crusted Chicken
OR select: Parmesan-Crusted Filet Medallions^ ($20 upcharge)

Ginger Spiced Carrot Cake: Vanilla Sauce and Fresh Strawberries
