Start with complimentary wine or champagne and then indulge in displays of fruit salad with cheeses, homemade New England clam chowder, chilled shrimp, oysters and more. Chef Michael McMullen and his inspired team present an array of artfully displayed choices such as roast turkey with all of the trimmings, chef's carving stations of prime rib and baked ham, pasta stations, Florida Mahi Mahi -- even steamed Asian chicken pot stickers. The hotel's famous Christmas Yule Log headlines a Dessert Extravaganza with holiday pies and cakes including a sugar-free option and a New York cheesecake, exquisite pastries and soft serve ice cream.
