The bright and sophisticated holiday buffet display features pan seared salmon with roasted fennel cream, tenderloin of beef tip with pearl onions, and pineapple rum glazed ham on the carving station. Also try sushi from Banshoo Sushi Bar and street mahi taquitos from 98Forty Tapas & Taquila eatery.
