A cold brew enjoyed poolside on an August evening takes on a whole new vibe when it’s combined with delicious cuisine plated by a celebrated chef and his talented staff. The next installment of Harry’s Sip & Savor – A Poolside Pairing Series features multiple craft beers by the masters at Central 28 Beer Company. Using the finest raw materials from around the world, the brewers craft a unique array of ales that the hotel’s Chef Tello will use as inspiration to create tantalizing dishes to perfectly complement the beverages. Reservations are required for this night out enjoyed al fresco at Harry’s Poolside Bar & Grill.
