The culinary team at Rosen Centre hosts a grand feast that delights and entices with holiday favorites and specialty dishes. Soups and salads, fresh fruits and cheeses, carving stations with Prime Rib and Lamb, specialty entrees such as Herb Crusted Chicken and Braised Short Ribs are all on display. Interactive stations include omelets, waffles and pastas where our talented chefs plate to order. Follow it all up with a never-ending array of delightful desserts and overflowing chocolate fountains. Reservations are recommended and include complimentary champagne and mimosas. COST: $50.95 for adults and $19.95 per child 4-12, both plus tax and gratuity; children 3 and younger are free. Complimentary parking.
