One of central Florida's most popular family attractions, Winterhaven's LEGOLAND Florida recently announced their plan for a new park expansion expected to premier during the summer of 2013.
The new, expanded area will feature a new ride and interactive play area based on Lego's popular Legends of Chima product line. The new ride will be an interactive water ride called "The Quest for Chi" while the new interactive play will feature a Lego-building challenge, a 4-D movie, and meet-and-greets with costumed characters.
Lego's Chima story is based on a pristine, natural paradise where eight different animal tribes battle it out for the natural resource called Chi. Naturally, the park will offer a full line of Chima products at its stores as well.
