The 2020 Milk Run/Walk Family 5K is an annual “off road” 5K race put on by UF/IFAS Extension Orange County. It is one of the only area running events treating participants to an intimate experience with nature.

The 2020 Milk Run/Walk Family 5K is an annual “off road” 5K race put on by UF/IFAS Extension Orange County. It is one of the only area running events treating participants to an intimate experience with nature. The course, set on the former T.G. Lee Dairy property, features a picturesque journey through a working cattle ranch. It has quickly become a Central Florida favorite event and is open to everyone ages 8+.
All participants (ages 8+) registered between October 22, 2019 – March 4, 2020 are guaranteed to receive a finisher medal and race t-shirt. All participants (ages 8+) will have the opportunity to receive top prize medals; which will be awarded to the top three female and male runners in each age division (Youth 8-17, Adult 18-59 and Senior 60+). The Milk Run/Walk Family 5K is designed to be a fun event for the whole family. Walkers are welcomed and encouraged to enjoy the nature trail course. Food and refreshments will be available after the race.
Regular Registration- Opens on December 16, 2019 and closes on February 2, 2020. The price for regular registration is $30.00 and includes a finisher medal and race t-shirt.
Late Registration- Opens on February 3, 2020 and closes March 4, 2020. The price for late registration is $35.00 and includes a finisher medal and race t-shirt.
Last Minute Registration- Opens on March 5, 2020 and closes March 11, 2020. The price for last minute registration is $37.00 and does not guarantee a finisher medal and race t-shirt.
Race Day Registration- Only available the morning of the race, Saturday March 14, 2020. The price for race day registration is $40 (cash only) and does not guarantee a finisher medal and race t-shirt.
Proceeds from the 2020 Milk Run/Walk Family 5K benefit Orange County Family & Consumer Sciences, and 4-H Youth Development programs. Sponsorship and Donation proceeds will help extend the outreach of these programs.
