Description
We are excited to announce the launch of an "Active Kids Class" at Planet Obstacle. This is the great way for kids to stay active, learn the basics of physical preparation, learn how to safely use obstacles, gain self confidence, self esteem and get fit!
Event Details
Number and variety of obstacles makes our park a perfect place for kids to be active and get fit in a unique and recreational way, while they play, under instructions and supervision of our knowledgable staff members.
During the class kids will work upper and lower body strength, arm and legs muscles, abs, flexibility, balance and cardio.
Our fist class is scheduled for Tuesday Sep. 15th 4-5pm.
Class is a tax free activity. Introductory cost of the class is $7.95. (Special Grip Socks are not included and required for the class.)
Capacity is limited to 8 kids per class and will be offered on First Come - First Served Basis. We also offer the option pay for the class over the phone ( 407-233-3750 ) to reserve the spot.
We hope this program will become popular among the kids and their parents so we can add more classes in the future.
