In search of family-friendly things to do in Orlando? Look no further than the Orlando Science Center! This space has been a hub for kid-friendly educational activities in Orlando for over sixty years. There is always fun to be had throughout the four floors of exhibits. Not only will you find exciting experiences, but also fun and engaging live programming! For example from September 22nd through January 6th from 10 AM to 4 PM the Orlando Science Center is going to explore the Zoo In You & Human Plus.

The 11,000 square feet of kid-friendly activities in Orlando is designed to encourage the little ones to craft and create, to discover and explore. The skill based-activities will spark creativity while they play to learn. There are seven zones in KidsTown and during the Zoo In You & Human Plus in mid-September there are also crafts, games, story times, and more themed exhibits built to explore the living and human-made extensions that help us thrive. Human Plus encourages visitors to be hands-on to imagine the possibilities, feel the music and find their way using these advanced technologies.  Test out the simulated downhill mono-ski course, then become a DJ by sitting in a wheelchair and using the wheels to fade and scratch music tracks.
