For the third year in a row, the University of Central Florida has been ranked as one of the country's top 100 "best value" educations by Kiplinger's Magazine.

UCF is ranked 42nd on the list this year which measures academic quality, admission and retention rates, graduation rates and student-to-faculty ratios, costs, and financial aid to create an overall score and ranking for each university.  The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill was ranked number one Kiplinger's list.

The top 100 were narrowed down from a list of 600 public universities in the U.S. by Kiplinger then ranked according to the aformentioned factors.

University of Central Florida was also recently ranked as one of the country's best value schools by the Princeton Review.

UCF joins a strong lineup of other public Florida schools which made the list including the University of Florida ranked no. 3, New College of Florida ranked no. 7, Florida State University ranked no. 26, University of South Florida ranked no. 57, and University of North Florida ranked no. 64.
