Went on December 30th for anniversary dinner with 6 guests total. Made reservations ahead of time for 7 PM We all ordered 12oz sirloin steaks with broccoli which is the most expensive menu item. Came out and said they only had 3 sirloin steaks left. We changed 3 orders to Yellow Fin Tuna. They were also out of tuna. Then changed the remaining 3 orders to prime rib. (they had that but read further...) then came back and said out of broccoli. One guest ordered a gin and tonic but they were all at of gin. Another guest had one glass of chardonnay wine. Same guest ordered refill and they had ran out of that as well. Finally brought out our food. Wife's prime rib was medium instead of well. My sirloin was EXTREMELY WELL done instead of medium rare (brought home to our dog). ALL and I mean ALL OF OUR FOOD WAS COLD. ICE COLD AND WAITRESS VERIFIED by touch at our request. Mashed potatoes were congealed. As an apology they brought out two desserts for the six of us to share. They never brought out one guests' veggies. Orders were mixed up. We spent $245.00 for our anniversary dinner that was lousy. On a plus side, the waitress was great (we felt bad for her since it was not her fault), the cole slaw was very good and the dog enjoyed the steaks. There was no manager on duty. Staff started cleaning and vacuuming while we were eating 1 hour before closing. As an apology they brought out TWO desserts for the six of us to share. I wonder how this would have turned out if we were critics for local newspaper? YOU COULD NOT PAY US ENOUGH TO EAT HERE AGAIN!
Pros:
