What is RUMFEST?
We invite rum maker from around the world to come to Wall St. Plaza to prepare their very best cocktails & concoctions for your tasting pleasure. You will have 3 hours to try them all. Add in tons of Reggae-Rock and 2000 of your closest friends and you have RUMFEST 12!
When is RUMFEST?
Saturday, June 11th. The doors open a little before 5pm and the sampling ends at 8pm. We will have tons of live music throughout the night and of course, the Wall St. Plaza Block Party will be going strong until 2am.
What’s new this year?
We’ll have new rums, like Bacardi Grapefruit, Captain Morgan Cannonblast, and Flor De Cana Rum to name a few. And this year’s event will host a few of raita-rock’s finest, including HOR!ZEN, Coastal Breed and an All-Star Marley Tribute!
How much are tickets?
Tickets are only $20 online until June 10th, then $25 on the day of. Sales tax is included.
What does my ticket include?
Your ticket gets you entry to the event, a sampling cup and unlimited samples of all the best rum drinks this town has seen from 5-8pm. We’ll have aged rums, light rums & flavored rums as well as live reggae-rock music and entry into the Wall St. Plaza Block Party that evening.
What if I don’t like rum?
Well then you haven’t tried the rum drinks at Rumfest, because you’d be crazy no to like them! Plus, it will be a Reggae-Fest and party with lots of your friends. Also, we will have $2.50 Red Stripes and full bars open with anything you want to buy.
What if I want to feel extra special?
We hope everyone feels special at Rumfest, but if you want to feel a little more special, for just $15 extra you can upgrade your ticket to include the Red Stripe Terrace. This will be a limited space party in the Monkey Bar with unlimited rum punches and unlimited Red Stripe bottles to drink in the A/C from 5-8pm. The drinks are unlimited, but space isn’t, so you better snatch up these VIP tickets soon!
