Tampa's Busch Gardens and its close relative, SeaWorld Orlando, have both announced they'll be raising adult and child ticket prices beginning Friday, according to the Tampa Bay Times.

This follows a succession of Florida amusement parks - including the variety of parks under the Universal Orlando umbrella as well as all Walt Disney World parks in Orlando - increasing their admission prices within the last few months.

Busch Gardens will now charge $89 for an adult ticket to the park and $81 for children ages 3-9, an increase of $4 per ticket, the Times reports.

Admission to SeaWorld Orlando will now be $92 for adults and $84 for children, an increase of $3 per ticket.  This comes shortly after the opening of SeaWorld's Antarctica exhibit, which is the biggest expansion in the park's near-40-year-old history.

Busch Gardens recently debuted a new, live stage show, "Madagascar Live! Operation: Vacation," on May 18 and plans to "drop'' news likely regarding a major new attraction rumored to be a drop tower style ride next week on Tuesday, June 11.

We'll keep you posted as more news arises regarding Busch Gardens Tampa, SeaWorld Orlando, and all the other great amusement parks in Florida.
