Mission Statement: To develop a complete human performance system that can increase the physical abilities of people ranging in age, level and sport. Our company’s ability to develop elite training facilities, recruit expert coaches and create methodical programming is paramount to our success. The objective is to affirm that through commitment and persist improving ones self can be attainable. Philosophy: Our style of training will identify the critical elements for success in sport or fitness and train these elements in progressive environments. Everyone looking for improved performance must get assessed; progress through the training stages and reassess their performance. The training program takes a multifaceted approach with the combination of speed in all direction, multiplanar strength development; improve joint range of motion, increase energy systems, enhanced mental strategies and recuperation techniques. This formation is combined with medical services and nutrition guidance to complete the process. A series of phase are created that develop these critical elements in various ways so that the body is always being challenged by a new stimulus. Technique is 1st, with power being done in stage 2 and work capacity being done in stage 3. Each stage builds upon the previous phase and allows the body to adapt. The benefits of this style of program are to develop steady performance improvement through making training adjustments in a predetermined fashion. Both athletes and fitness enthusiast will maximize their potential when every training tool is combined into a system that complements each other. Performance Program Goals: 1. Promote a positive and educational environment where members learn dedication wellness and work ethic. 2. Reduce the potential for predictable injuries and degenerative disease. 3. Improve fundamental athletic skills and adult daily living tasks that enhance performance in sport and life, respectively. 4. Educate members to be competitive and push pass mental and physical limitations, improve confidence and encourage persistent commitment in the face of distraction and interference. Performance Training Methods: 1. Priority Phasic Training: A. Technique Phase-B. Ballistic Phase-C. Work Capacity Phase 2. Sensitive Periods of Development: Utilizing the sensitive periods of natural growth and development to provide the correct stimulus at the correct time. 3. Injury Resiliency pre and post workout: Ankle stability, Hip Mobility, Core Stabilization, Shoulder Integrity, Integrated Balance, Technical Movement effectiveness and Myofascial wellness. 4. Movement Based Workout Themes: Transitional workout, Translation Workout and Top Speed Workout. Mimic the forces placed on the body. Rotational, Shear and Compression. 5. Simple to Complex Movement Progression: Begin with a single movement and add multiple movements to increase challenge of exercise. 6. Speed to Strength Spectrum: Movements are trained at numerous points along the force velocity curve. Stability, Strength, Ballistic and Fast. 7. Exercise progression and Client leveling: Based on level of client the exercise intensity is adjusted and Progressed or Regressed.
